Where are my files?
Use the content link in your Gumroad receipt. If you use a Gumroad account, your purchase may also appear in its Library. Check your checkout email and spam folder before contacting support.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each kit is a one-time purchase in USD. Download and keep the included files for personal use in your household. No separate Tamee account is needed.
Do I need all three kits?
No. The Starter Kit includes the Mini Kit, and the Shared Life Bundle includes both. Choose one level. Future standalone releases are not automatically included.
How do I open the files?
Unzip the downloaded package. Open PDFs in a PDF reader; save a new copy after filling fields. You can also print and write by hand. CSV templates can be opened in Excel, Numbers or another spreadsheet app. Your app may vary in its PDF form support.
Can I request a refund?
Email support@hezhongth.com with your purchase reference and a short explanation. Requests are reviewed individually. Applicable consumer rights remain unchanged. Never send payment card details.
Do the free tools upload my answers?
No. Your text stays in your browser. Only the household planner has an optional local save. Download other answers before leaving the page.
Is this therapy or personalised advice?
No. These are general household planning tools. Either person can pause or decline. They do not diagnose, score relationships or guarantee outcomes.
