Operator and hosting

Tamee is operated by 合眾同輝有限公司, Hong Kong. This website is hosted in Singapore. Contact support@hezhongth.com about personal information or privacy requests.

Free tools

Your tool entries are processed in your browser and are not sent to Tamee. The household planner saves locally only when you select Save on this device; use Clear everything to remove that saved plan. Other entries disappear when you leave. Downloaded files stay under your control. Other people using your browser may see saved entries.

Purchases

Gumroad handles payments, receipts and purchased file access. We may access the buyer email, product and transaction information made available in the seller dashboard to resolve order issues. This website does not store payment card details or import Gumroad orders into a separate Tamee customer database. See Gumroad’s privacy policy for its processing and retention.

Support

If you email support, we receive your address, message and any information you include. We use it to answer your request, handle purchase issues and protect against abuse. Avoid sending sensitive relationship information. Our operational target is to remove routine resolved support correspondence after 12 months unless a dispute, legal duty or ongoing request requires retention. Payment records follow platform retention and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Website logs and optional counts

The hosting server keeps limited request logs for reliability and security, rotated daily with a 14-day retention setting. If you select Allow in the footer, we count whitelisted page, export and product-link events by day and broad source category. These counts do not include tool text, email, full URLs or a persistent visitor identifier. Counts are events, not unique visitors, and are removed after 90 days. Select Keep off to stop optional counts. Your choice is stored in this browser. There are no advertising pixels.

Your requests

You can ask us about access, correction or deletion of information we hold by emailing support. Some records may need to be retained for legal or dispute reasons. Gumroad and email providers may process information in other countries; their services follow their own privacy terms. We do not automatically subscribe buyers to marketing emails.
