Operator

Tamee is operated by 合眾同輝有限公司, Hong Kong. Contact support@hezhongth.com.

What we provide

Free household planning tools and fixed digital kits for adults. They provide general educational prompts, not therapy, diagnosis, counselling or individual advice. No relationship outcome is guaranteed. Either person may decline an exercise.

Purchases and delivery

Products are sold as one-time digital purchases through Gumroad. The exact contents and USD price are listed on the product page; the final amount and any applicable taxes appear at checkout. Gumroad handles checkout, receipts and file access under its own terms. Save a copy of your purchased files.

Licence and updates

You may download, complete and print the purchased materials for personal use within your household. You may not resell or publicly redistribute paid materials. A purchase includes the listed files, not all future products, subscriptions or personal support sessions.

Problems and refunds

For inaccessible files, duplicate purchases or other purchase issues, email support with your receipt reference. Refund requests are reviewed individually and processed through the payment platform. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.

Using the website

You are responsible for your saved and downloaded copies. Do not use these tools to pressure another person into sharing information. Do not interfere with the website or submit unlawful material. We may maintain or change free tools; keep copies of work you need.
